If I’m looking for something specific, can you find it for me?

We can certainly try! Once you let us know you’re looking for a specific item (this can be anything – a bag, jacket, watch, etc.) we’ll keep an eye out for it and when we get it in, you’ll be the first to know about it!

Are your items authentic?

Each of our pieces are guaranteed authentic. We do not accept nor sell counterfeit items. If you have a question or concern about the authenticity of your new piece, please contact us as soon as possible.

Are clothes cleaned before they’re put up for sale?

We expect our clients to clean their clothing prior to bringing it to us, and we do not accept unwashed items.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. For more details on returns, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Shipping

When can I expect my purchase to be shipped?

Most items are shipped next day! If you order in the morning, you may have a tracking number that same day. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for shipping around holiday and sale times.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.

What percentage do you take for consignment?

We split sales determined by the selling price. Here is the percentage breakdown:

$1 – $200 50% consignor / 50% Planet Style

$201 – $1000 60% consignor / 40% Planet Style

$1,001 + 70% consignor / 30% Planet Style

You may find this to be higher than your previous consignor. That’s because we truly value our clients and encourage you to bring us the best of your wardrobe!
